Fancy Tries A Barn Hunt

Last weekend Fancy had her first try at Barn Hunt.

Barn Hunt is a scentwork activity that uses the dog’s natural hunting ability to search in a barn full of straw bales and they have to negotiate obstacles by going through tunnels and over straw bales to search out the ‘tube’.

It’s taken us a while to find an activity that Fancy seems really keen on, but she had a great time and we immediately booked to go back for session. It’s a new activity for me too, so we will learn together, which is a great way to build our teamwork!
