Crufts and Puppy News!

It’s been quite busy over here at Cooishka HQ recently!

Fiadh had her first litter of puppies on 12th March, which is very exciting, but means we couldn’t attend Crufts this year. I was, however, absolutely thrilled to be able to watch the Spanish Water Dog judging on someone’s live stream. Boo, Cooishka Wake Up Boo, who lives with and is loved by Caroline, who bred our lovely Caoimhe, came first in a beautiful Junior dog class. This was an extremely proud moment for me, but is also a testament to Caroline’s hard work with him and dedication to showing him.

Fiadh’s pups are now just over three weeks old. A beautiful litter of four black and white bobtailed girls, one black and white tailed boy and one brown and white tailed boy. It’s very exciting watching them grow and they are all developing their own personalities fast, especially now they are up and about on their feet. They are really interested in the toys they have had so far (new ones to be added this weekend) and we are getting them used to all the usual household noises and playing sound effects like firework noises.
